ORDERING AND INFO POLICIES
$175.00 Minimum first Order to qualify for wholesale pricing.

SHIPPING
We ship UPS and United States Postal Service. Orders ship as stated unless otherwise specified.
If you choose a service method that we did not list, you will need to have your own account number and you must arrange your own pick up. We are not
responsible for any shipping or customs delays once the order leaves our facility.

Shipping charges will be adjusted when invoice is processed to reflect actual shipping charges

New accounts are required to pay in full prior to shipment of their first order via check or credit card. Credit applications are available for invoiced payments for registered businesses only (upon request). Credit card orders are subject to an additional 2.9% credit card fee. SHIPPING CUT-OFF TIMES
At Tek208, we try to ship all orders the day ordered if they are placed before 1:00pm (MST).

To facilitate this, All  orders must be completely processed by the following times
UPS: All UPS shipments by 2:30pm (MST)
UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE
All postal service by 3:30pm (MST)
DOMESTIC SHIPPING ONLY

USING YOUR OWN SHIPPING ACCOUNT NUMBER
If you choose, you may use your own shipping account number for Fed Ex or UPS. There will be a packaging & handling fee of $3.00 per box added to your invoice. In the event that Tek208 receives a charge back on shipping fees sent on an account number that was provided by the customer, no future orders will be sent until the amount has been paid, and/or we will no longer ship on that account number.

DROP SHIPPING
This service is available as a courtesy to our dealers. There is an $8.00 drop ship fee per order, which is non-refundable. No drop ships will be done internationally.
Tek208 reserves the right to refuse a drop ship order at its’ sole discretion, as this method is not to be used as an alternative to stocking product. If this is being done we will terminate any future drop shipments for that dealer.

WARRANTY & RETURNS
Tek208 warranties all of its products for manufacturing defects up to 90 day after purchase. All potential warranty items must be sent in for inspection before a replacement or repair can be issued. All items being returned for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please call or email to receive a return authorization number before returning your item. Warranties do no cover items damaged in a crash, items damaged due to improper installation or misuse of our products. No returns can be offered on discounted or discontinued items. No returns or refunds will be offered if you purchased the item from a distributor. You will need to return your item to distribution and either purchase another one from them or one directly from Tek208. Repacking is available for a 10% fee plus return shipping.

In our continuing effort to create a fair and competitive distribution network that
facilitates our ongoing efforts to provide our customers with high value products and strong customer support, the following policies and requirements (“Requirements”) we will be implemented effective February 1st, 2019:

• All Authorized Dealer, must receive written approval from TEK208 in order to sell TEK208 Products through a third party website (e.g. Amazon, Ebay, Walmart, etc.),
• Authorized Dealers desiring to sell through a third party website must submit a completed application to TEK208. If Approved, TEK208 will then send a signed authorization form to you.
• An application is not required for an Authorized Dealer to sell TEK208 products from its own website or at their physical store.
• Unauthorized sales on third party websites will result in the termination of a party’s right to sell TEK208 Products, without any prior warning or right to cure.

ADVERTISING (MAP) POLICY
To protect the pricing integrity of Tek208, all public price advertising must be within 5% of current MSRP price levels per the conditions in the following MAP policy. Tek208 will benefit our resellers by enabling them to grow sales of Tek208 branded products while protecting against price discounting.
A. Tek208 will issue printed price lists indicating Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Pricing (MSRP) and maintain a current listing with effective date of MSRP on its internet website which can be amended at any time by Tek208 at its sole discretion. Any priced advertisement by any re-seller in any media such as but not limited to internet or similar electronic media, radio, television, flyers, posters, catalogs, mail order catalogs, magazines, e-mail newsletters, e-mail solicitations, coupons, mailers, inserts, newspapers, and public signage must be within 5% of the current MSRP as indicated on the printed price list or Tek208 website. Any pricing advertised that does not match or exceed the above will be a violation of this MAP policy and subject to enforcement procedures as identified later in this document.
B. This MAP Policy applies only to advertised prices and does not apply to the actual price that Tek208 products are sold or offered for sale directly to an
individual consumer within Reseller’s location or over the telephone. Resellers are free to final sale Tek208 products at any price they choose under the
circumstances contained in this document.

C. The inclusion in advertising of any free or discounted products with a product covered by this MAP Policy would be contrary to this MAP Policy if it has the effect
of discounting the advertised price of the included Tek208 product lower than 5% of current MSRP as indicated on the Tek208 website or printed
price list.
D. This MAP Policy does not establish maximum advertised prices. Resellers may offer Tek208 products at any price in excess of current MSRP.
E. Internet auctions may not display or have reserved bid or other acceptable prices below the current MSRP.
F. Pricing listed on an Internet site is considered an “advertised price” and must adhere to this MAP Policy. Statements such as “we will match any price”, “call for
price” or similar phrases are acceptable as long as the price advertised or listed for the products is not lower than 5% of current MSRP. In addition, discounts applied
at checkout to the customer’s entire order based on customers purchasing history with the Reseller, such as discounts for “frequent shoppers,” do not violate this
MAP Policy.
G. Tek208 reserves the right to offer promotions on certain products, and/or to authorize “clearance” pricing for any or all of its Dealers. In such an event,
we reserve the right to modify or suspend this MAP Policy in whole or in part by notifying any other affected Dealers or Resellers of the nature and duration of the
change. Tek208 further reserve the right to adjust the MSRP with respect to all or certain products at its sole discretion. Such changes shall apply equally to all resellers. It is the responsibility of the Dealer to have all clearance or other product discounts approved by Tek208, so as to not be in violation of this MAP policy.

ENFORCEMENT PROCEDURES

Tek208 has included its MAP Policy Enforcement Procedures in the Dealer Agreement to ensure all dealers signing the “acknowledgment” page are aware
of the severity in which Tek208 will deal with violators of this policy. Any determinations by Tek208 under these enforcement procedures shall be
binding upon the violator.

A. First Offense
1. A member of the Tek208 Support Team will contact the violator via e-mail, telephone or letter and remind them of the MAP Policy and identify the nature
of the violation.
2. A copy of the MAP Policy will be sent to the violator and they will be required to sign and return the signature page acknowledging the violation and their willingness to conform.
3. The violator will be given 5 working days to conform to the MAP Policy and cure the violation.
4. A permanent record of this process will be documented in a Tek208 internal file for future reference. Noncompliance within the 5-working day cure period
will result in 6-month suspension period with Tek208 and its Distributors in which no Tek208 may be sold to the violator by Tek208 or its Distributors. (Distributors are required by their Distributor Agreement to follow the enforcement procedure of this Policy.) Anyone found to be supplying a violator during their probationary period will be subject to the same suspension as the original offender.
B. Second Offense
1. A member of the Tek208 Support Team will contact the violator via e-mail, telephone or letter and again remind them of the MAP Policy and identify the
nature of the violation.
2. The violator will be reminded of their previous offense and a copy of the signed conformance page will be forwarded to them.
3. The violator will then be placed on another 6-month suspension period in which they will be unable to obtain Tek208 product from Tek208 and
its Distributors under the same terms stated above in Section A.
4. At the end of the 6-month suspension period, Tek208 will make a determination as to whether the suspension will be continued for another 6 months. If the
suspension is continued, it will be reviewed by Tek208 at the end of each 6 month period and either continued or terminated.
5. Once the suspensions are lifted, the violator will forfeit any Dealer level discounts they previously may have been granted for a term of one year of the date the suspension was lifted.
C. Third Offense
1. Anyone found to be violating the MAP Policy a third time will be permanently banned from purchasing Tek208 products from Tek208 and its Distributor network.
2. This permanent suspension will apply to the entity violating the MAP Policy as well as to the owners and /or operators of the violator, and to any organization
owned by the owners and/or operators of the violator. (For example, closing and reopening the operation under a new name would not lift the ban).
3. Anyone found to be supplying a violator after a permanent ban is in place under these Enforcement Procedures will be subject to a permanent ban. The administration of this MAP Policy and any determinations made under it are solely within Tek208 discretion and authority. All questions about this MAP Policy should be in writing and directed via U.S. Mail to the Tek208, P.O. Box 506, Homedale, Idaho 83628. The Director of Sales and Marketing and the members of the Tek208 Customer Support Team have the sole authority to discuss, make determinations under, and undertake enforcement of this MAP Policy. No modifications to or exceptions from this MAP Policy shall be valid unless made in writing and authorized by the Tek208 President or CEO.
