Installation

This installation will cover how to install a TEK208 Polaris Pro Door Opener

Tools

  • #30 Torx Bit
  • #25 Torx Bit

Step 1
  • Remove two hinge bolts and install hinge bracket using existing bolts. To maintain door alignment leave door shut and while installing this piece

Step 2
  • Remove two door bolts where door bracket is shown installed. Using 6 mm x 30mm bolts supplied with kit install door bracket.

Step 3
  • Remove with clips from gas strut ends. Then install gas strut as shown with rod on door side. Replace wire clips on rod ends.

Step 4
  • Test that door swings and shuts properly.
