WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY
Tek208 warrants their products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. We believe in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. This warranty does not cover damage caused in the event of a crash or impact. If you have a problem or question with an item you purchased after the 90 day warranty period, please email sales@Tek208.com.
Tek208 will accept returns on unused, undamaged, re-sellable product for any reason within 30 days from the time your order ships. All returns must be in new and unused condition and include the manufacturer’s original product packaging. Returns, regardless of the reason that do not meet this criteria will be subject to a restocking fee.(see below). Unopened packages will receive a full refund less shipping charges, opened packages will be evaluated for damage and salability and may be subject to restocking fee ( see below). Please repackage your returns so they will not get damaged during shipping by wrapping individual.
For warranty returns, please e-mail sales@tek208.com to acquire a Return Authorization (RA) number. Tek208 will not accept any returns without a documented RA number. Upon receipt of returned product, a Tek208 representative will inspect the product and call the customer with the available warranty options
Return & Exchange Instructions:
Please repackage your returns so they will not get damaged during shipping by wrapping individual. If Shipping USPS use; Tek208, P.O. Box 506, Homedale, Idaho 83628 UPS and FEDEX shipping use; TEK208, 3877 River Road, Homedale, Idaho 83628
Return Shipping:
We recommend insuring the package for the total value of the product. TEK208 is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned packages.
Note: If we have made an error on the order by shipping the incorrect item, we will cover the shipping cost with a pre-paid shipment return label that will be sent to you via email. We cannot guarantee a full reimbursement if you choose to use your own shipping method to return an item that we have shipped in error.
Returns and exchanges MUST be in new and unused condition and include the manufacturer’s original product packaging. Please do not use the manufacturer’s packaging as the shipping container for the return. Doing so will likely damage the manufacturer’s packaging and the item will no longer be considered in new and unused condition. All returns that do not meet this criteria will be subject to a restocking fee based on the value of the product as determined by TEK208, or we may deny the return if deemed not saleable..
Refunds:
All credits will be issued back to the original form of payment.
